The company
Advanced Blue Technologies (ABT) has been producing urea solution for exhaust gas aftertreatment in diesel engines, known as AdBlue®, under the AUSTROBLUE® brand since 2021.
Our production takes place exclusively in Austria and is located 20 minutes south of Vienna on an area of around 2,400m2. Production isCO2 neutral and makes a maximum contribution to reducing the burden on the environment.
We are positioning the AUSTROBLUE® brand on regional, domestic and foreign markets with additional branches. Thanks to our in-house production and bottling, we offer flexibility and also have a central warehouse to ensure rapid supply.

We rely on 100% renewable energy.
A combination of heat pumps and photovoltaics is used for this, as this is an excellent and particularly environmentally friendly solution.
This will save around 107 tons ofCO2 per year.
In order to meet customer requirements as well as possible, we regularly expand our already high-quality production facilities, which comply with increasingly stringent European and global standards and specifications. The improvement of working conditions and the protection of human rights are always taken into account.
As a licensed AdBlue® manufacturer, it goes without saying that our quality assurance department has the batches produced checked daily for standards and compliance with the specific specifications by a certified laboratory.
This is the only way we can be sure that we supply our customers with the consistently high quality they have come to expect from us.

AdBlue® urea solution for SCR systems is subject to the ISO 22241 standard and the strict requirements of the VDA and requires its own license.

What AdBlue® consists of
and what is it used for?
AdBlue® is a clear liquid solution consisting of 32.5 % urea and 67.5 % demineralized water.
The solution is injected into the exhaust gases of diesel engines to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions.
In addition, SCR technology reduces soot particle emissions and fuel consumption by 5-6 % thanks to optimized engine settings.

The range
The AUSTROBLUE® range includes a wide variety of containers, including: Canisters, drums and IBC tanks.
In addition to the AdBlue® itself, there is also a range of accessories. These include special adapters and closures for canisters, drums and IBC tanks, as well as special systems for the safe and contact-free removal or refueling of AdBlue®.
We will also be happy to advise you on stationary AdBlue® tank systems up to 9,000 liters.
